At Objectif Bien-être, we encourage you to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times a week. 

Our main workout is a circuit training that includes the two components of a complete workout to maximise your results: cardiovascular and resistance training. You have access to the circuit training at any time of the day or you can chose to come while one of our intructors gives a supervised aerobic class.

Cardiovascular training
It helps you not only to burn calories but also reduce the risk of heart diseases and to have more endurance for you daily activities.

Resistance training
It allows you to reduce your body fat percentage and increase your ability to burn calories at rest. It also helps protect your bones. Objectif Bien-être proposes a safe and an easy-to-use hydraulic resistance machines where there is no weight stack to manage. 

This workout is suitable for women of all ages and physical conditions.


We also offer abs, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and Belly Dancing classes.

For the seriously inclined, remember you can always do more at Objectif Bien-être. In addition to circuit training, we put treadmill and elliptical machines and different fitness equipment at your disposal anytime.You can workout on your own or with a personal trainer.
